At Cotton Sarees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your saree doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the saree you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the saree is unused, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging, including the blouse piece if it was unstitched.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you receive a signed pickup acknowledgement.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our artisans verify the fabric quality at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
